Once the packaging is opened, returns are only accepted if the product is faulty. Yes, all orders are processed and shipped directly from our company. We manage every step of the order fulfillment process to ensure that your items are handled with care and reach you in perfect condition. Our dedicated team oversees the packaging and dispatching of products, and we work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.
The order will be processed during work days and shipped within 24hrs. Based on our experience it takes between 2 - 3 business days for the package to arrive. Within Johannesburg, we offer same day delivery when the toy is ordered by 2pm.
Currently, we do not offer an option for order pickup. All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
