and our answersWe currently work with Pargo who offers up to 1'600 pick-up stations across South Africa. For home delivery, we work with Aramex and in selected cases Pargo or Uber Delivery.

Once the parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse, delivery address might only be changed in certain circumstances. Please do get in touch with us immediately on email on info@aipenda.com, or on WhatsApp on +27 71 490 90 97.
Delivery can be within 24hrs (currently local in and around Johannesburg), or between 2 - 5 business days. Around holidays, delivery might take a bit longer. However, we always keep you informed and you can track your delivery at any time.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept any returns of products once the box has been opened. If the package is still closed and you want to return your product, please contact us.

In rare circumstances, your product might not turn on as expected or stops working. Please do contact us immediately on email on info@aipenda.com, or on WhatsApp on +27 71 490 90 97 so we can initiate the return of the products and release the replacement.
